Furniture
Because our furniture is vintage and one‑off, we do not accept returns on furniture unless an item is faulty or significantly not as described.
Please read the description, check the measurements and look through all photos carefully before ordering.
If you have any questions or would like extra images, just get in touch before you buy.
Ceramics & Accessories
For ceramics and smaller accessories bought online, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Email us within 14 days with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, carefully packed for the journey back.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
Once we receive and check the item, we’ll refund you via your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take care to pack everything securely, but if something arrives damaged or not as described:
Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If we confirm a fault or damage, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement (if available) or refund in line with your statutory rights.
