3. Pricing & Payment

4. Orders & Contract

4.1 Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
4.2 We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available, there is an error in pricing, or we are unable to verify payment. If payment has been taken, it will be refunded.
4.3 For one‑off vintage pieces, items are sold on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

5. Shipping & Delivery (UK Only)

5.1 We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
5.2 Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout or agreed by email for larger items.
5.3 Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.
5.4 It is your responsibility to ensure access for large items (stairs, doorways, lifts, parking etc.). Redelivery or failed delivery charges may apply if access is not possible.
5.5 Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Furniture – No Returns

6.1.1 Due to the nature of our vintage and one‑off furniture pieces, we do not accept returns on furniture unless the item is faulty or significantly misdescribed.
6.1.2 Please review all photographs, descriptions and dimensions carefully before purchasing, and contact us with any questions in advance.

6.2 Ceramics & Accessories – 14‑Day Returns

6.2.1 If you are a UK consumer, you may cancel your order for eligible ceramics and accessories within 14 days of receiving the item, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
6.2.2 To request a return, contact us at [email] within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number and the item you wish to return.
6.2.3 Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and carefully packaged. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
6.2.4 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
6.2.5 We do not accept returns for custom, made‑to‑order or heavily discounted “sale” items unless they are faulty.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

7.1 Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and item.
7.2 Where an item is confirmed as faulty or damaged, we will offer a repair, replacement (if available) or refund, in line with your statutory rights.
